    After he beat his girlfriend unconscious on video, the NFL suspended Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice for just two games. Executive Director Judy Kluger speaks with ESPN, calling this punishment a "complete failure" on the part of the NFL. "I could understand this decision 20 or 30 years ago when people didn't understand the dynamics of domestic violence," Kluger said. "This is a throwback to an earlier era."
